The Davison Burger Barn in downtown Davison is NOW my go to place for breakfast and lunch. The hash browns are home made and... the BEST I have ever had. The service is fast and friendly. The owner is really kind and checks on your meals. We had lunchhere too and the food was hot, tasty and reasonably priced. The layout of the restaurant is clean and contemporary. Thebathrooms are located outside the restaurant down the hallway. If you?re looking for breakfast or lunch, I highly recommend theDavison Burger Barn. You will not be disappointed! Read more
This used to be my favorite restaurant in Davison. The last couple of times I was there it was pretty darn expensive. Today an... omelette and a salad was $32.86. now granted you do get a lot of food. It was $16 for my salad I asked them to put half of it ina box to go because there's no way you can eat that entire salad. The waitress came back and the scolded me told me the cookwill do it this time because he's had extra time but don't expect him to do it again they charged me a dollar. My son got afarmer's omelette which was $12 he asked for a side of sausage gravy. He got about half a cup and we were charged $2. The ownera very nice woman must not have been there today because the girls in the front were bickering with the boys in the back. No onebothered to thank us for coming in I think I'm going to need to find a new restaurant to give my money to or just stop going outto eat. Things are just getting way way too expensive. Shout out to a local restaurant-Burger Barn. I'm in more favor of the Davison location vs. Lapeer. Mainly due to the atmosphere... and energy. Their portions are huge and fresh. That is the Power Bowl. So fresh and yummy. The chicken portion is large andfresh. Not tough tasteless like other restaurants I've been to and has great flavor. You get 2 large salad dressings and not thesmall containers. I also got a bowl of soup and pita bread. The pita bread was hot, fresh and not stale. The salad is so bigthat I split it in half for 2 lunches. The staff was friendly and talkative including the owner/cook. All this for $21 includestax. I came into the restaurant with less then 10 min before close and they still took my order. Everyone was so nice and didn?t make... me feel bad for coming in so late. The food was amazing I had a gyro and fries and my son had a fried chicken club sandwich andfries he enjoyed it. There was a lot of food. I did order it to go. I appreciate the kindness they showed.
