Took a 3 year break due to bad service and was in a hurry last week so stopped in thinking they could not screw up a burger and... simple breakfast plate for my son but I was wrong! Asked for mushroom swiss burger and got fries and a hoagie roll with slicedbeef and melted swiss on it. Breakfast plate was so bland they used no seasoning on it. Server brought what I ordered next Isaid I am in a hurry so never mind I really did not expect to get what I asked for I never do but I am in a hurry today. Shecould not run my card so i had to walk across casino, stand in line, pay atm fee to get cash for our meals and go back to standin line to pay her. Really not worth it and complaining to managers goes on deaf ears so shame on me for going back thinkingmaybe things changed! Read more

Good service from the forever jolly, Andrew. He acknowledges all patrons as they walk in. He would be a great Executive Casino... Host. They keep the inside very clean, I observed Joel, the porter. Constantly cleaning and laughing with guests. My onlynegative is the Restaurant hours. Casino players eat later. Read more
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Seated and drinks were delivered by hostess, off to a good start. Server didn?t show up... for almost 20 minutes, but came and took the order of the table next to us who was just immediately sat. Turned around and tookour order. About 10 minutes later, she brought the food for the table next to us. After waiting 30 minutes after taking ourorder and no food, we left. I have never walked out of a restaurant until today.
