I have cancer and had my 8 pound therapy dog and was denied service to eat inside. There were no other customers. I am very... upset with the manager! The ADA does not require a banner on my dog as the manager said. My husband, grandson and I had driven300 miles and we couldn?t eat inside! It was too hot to leave my therapy dog in the vehicle. The donuts is so good the muffins are fantastic the croissants are the best
Good food, courteous and friendly staff.
Worker seemed nice. However, it took 10 minutes to get our food because 4 out of 6 meals were chicken strips. I am ok with... that. What I am not ok with is the fact that the only hot meal was the 2 piece kids meal. The other strips were hard and dry.The 2 burgers were warm but not hot either. Additionally, the fries were a bit soggy like they have been cooked for quite awhile. I am not sure how crisp and stiff they should be as this is the first time trying this place. Read more

The root beer float was runny. Asked for more ice cream. Was told there's an upcharge. Then still only added a few tablespoons... of ice cream. This is not an original root beer float. I'm from Baton Rouge and they have an original A&W from when I was a kidin the early 80's. This was very disappointing. Read more
