Absolutely repulsively malicious staff and I will be taking it up to corporate. Refused to serve us after being rude to us on... the speaker and not listening when we pulled up to the window. I have a medical condition and need to eat when I need to eat.This behavior was completely disgusting and she needs to be addressed. She is an old woman with a witch nose and a long blondeponytail working the drive thru. Very slow. First I sat at the drive through Kenny for just under 10 minutes. Then they did not seem to want anyone sitting at... the drive through window where they could be seen. Had me sit at the 1st window, that was obviously not being used, until theywaved out of the 2nd window for me to pull forward. They then took my payment, handed me drinks, and had me pull up to thesidewalk. 30 seconds later they walked out with my food. Why didn't I just stay at the window for those 30 seconds? There service is always slow! Seems like they always have a serious short staffing issue this isn't my first time going here and... has been like this for months This is a fast food service they need to improve on their staffing so they can have quickerservice they make you wait at the first window when there's nobody even at the second window which is holding up the line what'seven the point in doing that??
