Went with a group of 6 the atmosphere was really nice someone was playing live music good songs! Kimberly F was our server she... was amazing 5 star service! All the food was delicious everyone was happy with the food they got! We ordered the pretzel bites,steak, pulled pork sandwich, pork chop, cod all were delicious. I?ve visited Chappy?s in the past and the service and food were good. The hostess was nice but our waitress acted as if she was... upset she got our table. I understand people have bad days but don?t push that on the next customer . I ordered the jumbo wingsand asked for hot sauce. I received bland party wings (I thought jumbo wings were whole wings), bland cold macaroni that tastedlike sawdust , and bland and cold grainy cheesy potatoes. I informed the waitress that my potatoes were cold which you could seeas the cheese wasn?t melted. She warmed them up and they were still cold. I then asked for the hot sauce I requested and sheproceeds to tell me that I already have some. I said I want hot sauce not the house sauce. She comes back with Tabasco saucewhich wasn?t the issue it was the acting annoyed and being condescending for me. I will not be back. Read more
