Ordered cauliflower crust pizza over phone. The guy took our order for a large cauliflower crust with 3 toppings. Never informed... us that this type of pizza ONLY comes in a small. Went to pick up and the staff made a large regular crust pizza??? Had tore-order when we got to store . Took 1 hr. Of our time. And cost 25.00...... called next day spoke to supervisor at the storeand he said would call back in 5 minutes. Never did. Called the next day and spoke to a lady. The rating is the App. This restaurant is not the problem nor the service at the restaurant but the Donatos App!! It buffers... consistently once the address is entered and Delivery is the option. You call the phone number of the restaurant and aretransferred to the actual site of the restaurant and there is still a problem with the app on their end. Staff had to take awritten order.
