This place has A1 service & food. The wait staff was happy, friendly and sociable. I had an appetizer & fajitas as my entree. I... love the sizzling sound as they sit it on the table. I'd return if I ever come back to this town. Read more

The service definitely left a lot to be desired. It took 20 minutes to even get waters, and the meals didn’t come out for... awhile after that. I would say don’t order a bar drink if you’re seated at a table, unless you want it after you’re doneeating. The warm chips and salsa were the highlight. We saw our server on her cell phone while another table was trying to gether attention. I would not return with this kind of service unless the food was amazing, and it was just average. Read more

If only I could give Zero. Worst service, communication, manners, overall understanding of how a business operates. It was a job... getting through our time there. Was 30-40 mins getting WATER. Nothing came out in any sort of order whatsoever. I haven't atethe food yet because I've been here for going on 50 mins and still...no...food. It's lunch time. I wouldn't send my worst enemyhere. Don't do it! Unbelievable. Read more

My friends and I grabbed lunch at El Rancho Grande on Saturday. We were greeted and seated immediately. We were one of only... two tables in the dining room around 12:30 on Saturday afternoon. Our server was pleasant, but was not at all outgoing. Weordered and the food seemed to take forever. We had all finished our first round of drinks before our food arrived. I had togo to the host stand to ask for refills. The manager and the other server were on their cell phones when I approached. Theyseemed genuinely bothered by my presence. Our food came out before our drink refills. My order was incorrect. I simplyordered a shredded beef chimichanga ala carte. I order this every time at the El Rancho near my house with no issue. My orderarrived with but was the dinner with two chimichangas and rice and beans. The server did not understand that the order wasincorrect. I finally just took the plate and was going to eat it. However when I cut open the Chimichangas they were filledwith ground beef. I attempted to send it back. When she finally took the plate back she brought out another entree but withone chimichanga. I accepted the plate and ate just the chimichanga. When my check arrived I was charged $16.99. Wow! I askedfor the manager who then told me I had to pay for the platter. I told him I wouldn’t, and that he needed to correct the bill. He told me the server was new. I said I understand and she is very nice but that I was only going to pay for what I ordered. He finally adjusted the bill. Also it should be noted that the kids meals do not come with a drink, and the kids drinks are$3.99. I ended up paying over $12 for my daughters kids meal and drink. For a cheese quesadilla and fries! What a ripoff. Overall, they have raised their prices to ridiculous levels, the service is mediocre, the manager is inadequate and thefood was just ok (actually super salty!) I won’t be eating at El Rancho again, and I recommend finding any place el Read more
