It's been almost 2 months since I moved out and my security deposit (which I am owed in full) still has not been refunded to me.... Horrible communication with management in attempts to resolve this issue. They act like they don't care and try to pass theblame to a different person or department. While the actual units looked nice, the walls were paper thin. I could hear stuffgoing on several doors down, all the fights, parties, and the insanely noisy dogs that my neighbor kept in a cage all day andmanagement refused to do anything about. Read more

I recently moved to Dayton from Georgia and out of every Loft style apartment I checked out Fireblocks stood head and shoulders... above the rest. Luke and Chris did an excellent job placing me in my new apartment. The two were very communicative, attentive,and accommodating. This complex has the best kitchen and Bathroom finishes in Dayton, hands down! The property is on closeproximity to a dope bourbon bar, multiple coffee shops, and the river. The fireblocks district is being revitalized and you cantell this is the area to be in downtown Dayton. The only thing I?d want to see is the parking lot enclosed with gated access.I?m excited for this new adventure in Downtown Dayton Fayton and in the Fireblocks District. Compared to... every apartment I checked out online, Fire Blocks District, stood out like a sore thumb and for GREAT reasons! My top prioritywas quality and location. Fire Blocks exceeds both. And as far as the customer service, it was also unmatched! From day oneValorie answered all of my inquiries in a timely manner and walked me through the tenant process. She left no stone unturned.She even me about the city, the history of Downtown, and where I can find a place to furnish my apartment. I just signed mylease and I truly can't wait to move in. I am so grateful not only to have a beautiful place to stay but also for having anamazing community to be a part of and a prime location in the heart of Downtown Dayton. Before I moved to Atlanta for college Ilived in Los Angeles for 12 years. An apartment like this in Downtown Los Angeles would START at $4,500 a month. I never thoughtliving in luxury for such an inexpensive amount was possible. Don't expect your landlord to spend 1 minute of her time responding to any complaints..this apartment is nice but the landlord... is useless and deceptive..I'd move anywhere else. Read more
