This Frisch's was friendly but I had an order for 4 people and they got half my order incorrect... And they seemed annoyed with... it when I told them... Now I understand mistakes are made but sometimes it can be serious like for instance I have a tomatoallergy so I asked for a sandwich with no tomatoes or ketchup on it and they took the tomato off of it but I still got ketchupso my friend just swapped me orders she ain't mine and I ate hers cuz hers was just a grilled cheese but I should have been ableto eat what I ordered also I wanted the french fries that had the stuff on it and I wanted to add cheese to the bacon and theranch instead they just gave me cheese fries for me and my friend they only got two orders out of the four correct so I thinkthey need to learn patience especially when it's busy. I have been going to friches for most of my life. The food they serve through drive thru is disgusting. Had to take onion rings... back in the store. That?s when they told me they have a new batter for onion rings. It?s terrible. Then, I get home and my Swissmiss isn?t a Swiss miss! I was the only person at drive thru. The food was cold, I ordered a Buddie boy which mocks a ?Slim Jim? but it came on a small hamburger bun vs a hoagie bun which... the menu indicates. The quality of the food was disgusting. The salad had wilted lettuce and brown in several spots.. Regardingdates on the food in the refrigerator I would be very surprised if the dates weren?t expired or not dated for that matter. Ihave been nauseated since eating the food along with the company I was with. This location is close to corporate- I thinkcorporate should do a surprise drop-in and have lunch there.
