Well, I finally fell into the Krispy Krunchy Chicken Dayton cult and tried them last week. I believe I had KKC a few years ago... in Cincinnati, but I don't recall any details, so I don't have much to say about that. But let me tell you what a completeDISASTER my order was from the Salem Ave location! ??????? I get a call from the restaurant that they don't have one of thesandwiches that we ordered. Okay, no big deal. But she couldn't refund it and didn't know how I was supposed to get a refund.Just a few minutes later, I got a text from my delivery driver telling me that they didn't have an item and all I needed to dowas contact Postmates customer service for a refund. Cool. No problem. ???? But then my order shows up... I was missing themozzarella sticks that were ordered, the chicken cheese steak was steak, (non steak eater, so that's a big deal), no biscuitswith the chicken, and missing turkey sub, (the latter is all that was expected). I contact Postmates. Long story short, evenwith the text from the driver and the phone call from the restaurant, they were not going to refund ANYTHING. An hour later, theprice issues with Postmates were resolved. ???? But now the restaurant needs to be held accountable. I call the store and get amessage that they don't have their voicemail set up. I call corporate, get a voicemail, leave a message. I emailcorporate. It's been 9 days and they have only contacted me to ask for the location. I emailed again on July 5th and have notheard back. I have left two voicemails with corporate and have even sent a Facebook message to the Kettering location asking forhelp. Nothing. As for the food, the chicken tenders are good. Big portions, juicy, good seasoning. I have nothing good to saybeyond that. ???? Update: This order was from June 27th.
