Every Wednesday my family comes to eat at Lees and seems like more recently the past 3 months they are always out of everything... by 8ish that?s two hours until close. ?Sorry we are out of dark meat in spicy ? ?sorry we are out of breast? ? sorry we ran outof spicy legs?. These are just a few of the things that they always run out of. I think the store need to reevaluate sales andbetter prepare for Wednesday nights because I?m going to start going somewhere else if every week they are constantly out of thefood I come therefore. I have not eaten at Lee's in a while because the last time are at a Lee's, the chicken was ice cold and still pink in the... middle but I was happy surprised by this Lee's Famous Recipe. Love your food and usually never have a problem. Today I ordered the 12 piece meal with green beans and Mac & cheese and potato... wedges. Gentleman at the window asked me about sauce and I said I wanted ranch and honey mustard. His response was, "well I'llonly give you a couple". I was surprised because no one has ever mentioned to me before about how many I could have especiallyfor a 12 piece meal. After running errands and returning home, I start to feed everyone only to find out that I was shorted twopieces of chicken and parts of the mac & cheese was over cooked. I called back to the store and only mentioned about thechicken shortage. The "manager", who never gave his name, questioned me about what was in my bag and told me to return all thefood or come get the two pieces. I said nevermind, that I would just contact the home office. He then started yelling at measking me what I wanted him to do for me. I told him that I was not returning to the store today. He then asked if I was tryingto get a whole meal. I said no but now everyone won't get chicken tonight and they should know that they shorted me food. Hesaid he would put my name down for 2 pieces of chicken the next time I came in. I always enjoy eating there, and order mycatering meals from there for birthday and my Special Olympics group. I just was not happy with the service today and theconversation with the manager at all. The food was exactly as ordered and was delicious - a big hit at our Awards Banquet. I would highlyrecommend this catering option and ask for Jeremy - he's the best! Read more
