My wife and kid left me alone this evening so I made my way over to Rusty Bucket, Restaurant, and Tavern. I chose to sit at the... bar this evening. I was greeted by two awesome bartenders by the name of Sam and Madi!! These two worked really well together.The chicken finger BLT, which is not on the menu, UNLESS you ask nicely. It’s literally the only thing I have ever eaten atthis place since it opened a number of years back. In town for a wedding and we don’t have a Rusty bucket local to us so I drug my husband out for a spicy Bloody Mary and... buffalo chicken sandwich. The food was great and our server Ashley was phenomenal. My husband loved the fish and chips and theBrussels sprouts are a new favorite! Read more
Our first visit today and definitely not our last! The moment we walked in we were greeted by the Hostess who was very polite... and friendly! We were seated right away. Our Waitress arrived shortly and took our drink orders and answered any questions wehad. Our Waitress was wonderful! She kept a check on us the entire time, but was not overly attentive. While we were eating wenotice how professional the entire staff was! The Hostess greeted everyone coming in the door as well as thanking them forcoming and telling them to have a nice day. We also saw that not only was the Manager helping to serve food to tables, but alsochecking on them to see if they were enjoying their food! Our food arrived at our table hot, fresh, together and delicious! Good food to go with great beer. Service was great, very tentative and friendly. Glad we didn't bring the kiddos, I'm sure... there's something that few kids would eat, but not my picky eaters. More of an adult menu, according to my household. Would goagain as a date night, most definitely. If you haven't tried it, worth the visit. I've pictured their Cheese steak sub, withonion rings. Server was attentive friendly and non intrusive. The condition of the restraunt was in a dilapidated state. The front entrance... sign was missing letters. The tables and booths were well worn and in need of replacement. Food was OK. My bun was toasted butwas not hot I can only assume that it sat around for a while. Fries were not hot and not freshly dropped. I mentioned it to theserver and told her I don't want fresh but just wanted to make her aware. She came back minutes later with new friesunfortunately those also were not freshly dropped. You could tell they were under heat lamps or in the holding area. PorkTenderloin was crispy and flavorful. Salmon was very tasty didn't appear to have been frozen. The salad that it came with haschanged and they added fennel and way to many Brussel sprouts. Overall it was OK.
