This zaxbys used to be good. I've quit going because I've been given partially cooked chicken twice now, the bread always... sucks. I went today because I just wanted cheese bites, figured they couldn't screw that up. Wrong! They no longer providemarinara with their cheese bites. So now I'm eating dry fried cheese, was given ranch like that would make it better. It's notthe workers fault at all its the company itself. Which is why I choose to say something on here because the company needs to duebetter with their food quality. Read more

Zaxby?s always has great food and I?ve had no complaints until I placed my first order through the app today. First interaction... with staff, they laughed at me when I couldn?t tell where to pick up my food. Walked inside to pick it up and was confusedbetween the big sign on the left saying where the orders were. After I had stood there for over 5 minutes, a worker came andasked what I was waiting on, I explained, then he told me my order was sitting on the shelf on the far right, near thebathrooms, instead of under where you pick up online orders. All 7 staff members huddled in the kitchen looked straight at meand laughed while I was walking to pick up my order. Horrible, horrible service. Felt like an idiot. Read more
