The food is always fresh and well seasoned. Everything from the white meat fried chicken pieces to the wonderful okra and... tomato and onions... The staff is extremely friendly and always cleaning up the tables after people leave. The facility is veryclean. But the food is wonderful home cooking.....I highly recommend it. I especially like the coating on the White meat chickenstrips. It's crunchy and satisfying. With chicken white meat being juicy inside. It's not dried out at all. I only wish I hadmore room for them. The roasted chicken legs are delicious too. And the all you can eat mashed potatoes and gravy wow... Theyhave both the brown and white gravy. This Hearts Buffet was awful...will never go back!! Food was tasteless even the cobbler was bad ???????? Way over priced my... husband and I are seniors and it was $29 for the two of us. The chicken and the livers were fried so hard you couldn't eat it,the red beans and the rice was very hot(spicy). The mash potatoes were so dry they stood up by themselves. And this was atlunchtime on 9/16/22. Trust me you don't want to waste your money on this Hearts!!!???? Read more
