Our server Felicia was wonderful. She was very friendly and remembered our orders perfectly. Food was great! We both ordered... burgers cooked medium rare and they came out just as expected. We decided to add on the dollar boneless wings and we loved thoseas well. Got super crispy, flavorful, fresh French fires as our side. The mega frozen drinks were awesome. Good flavor and ahealthy amount of liquor. This was my first experience at an Applebees and I left satisfied and happy. Thank you Falicia for awonderful experience. My family and I visited this location because we were told it is better than the location in our city. The food looked fantastic... and from what I gathered from everyone who ordered food, it was just as good as it looked. I ordered drinks only. The BahamaMama's were great and BOGO; however, the Lime in da Coconut drink was not very good. It consisted of all the mixer and base, butI could not taste a lick of alcohol. The problem with that is each drink costs around $14 and to not have alcohol in it isunacceptable. I will never order that drink again at that location. Ordered a med steak. It was over cooked on one side and raw on the other. I did not get the mashed potatoes or broccoli, I... wanted a side salad, the cucumber had been placed too close to ice and had frozen and turned transparent, (the parts thatweren't just peelings, I mean ) The waitress never came back to see if we needed anything. My husband's tea turned to water andhad to hunt waitress down for salt. THEN I got the bill... full price for steak, $17.26 plus 3$ for salad. I asked the waitressabout it. She got the manager. He was very gracious, he removed the price of the salad and cut the price for the steak. Butstill $32 dollars for a quesadilla burger, 2 teas (no refill), cold fries, my 1/2 eaten raw steak, and substandard salad. Allthis after driving 4 hours to visit a hospitalized family member. Was just at the mall doing some early Christmas shopping and decided to stop in for dinner. My server Naya (if I remember... correctly) was knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel at home instantly, and made recommendations on sauces I wouldn'thave normally tried. It was absolutely delicious, and the food was cooked perfectly.
