Usually very good but tonight they let me down big time, I don't know what type of generic quality food you all served to me... tonight but it wasn't the normal quality or even close to the quality you all normally serve at all. Everything was smallerportions from the sandwich, to even these super small mozzarella sticks. We ordered online and discovered items were missing when we got home. I called to see about getting a refund for the missing... items, but was told they couldn't do that and that I could make a trip back to the store to pick up the missing items. I said ifwe have to make a trip all the way back that I would want a refund in addition to the missing items. The employee startedtalking about how he had been working 14 hours and since I came at him rudely that he wasn't going to do anything for me. Iasked his name and he hung up on me. I then called the Arby's corporate customer service line and whoever I spoke with said hewasn't going to assist me and hung up when I asked his name. I don't understand how it's considered "rude" when you ask for acompany to make an error on their end right. I didn't raise my voice, use profanities or name call. Read more
