My meal was very disappointing. The quality was similar to a frozen dinner. A BIG issue for me was that the prices listed on the... website were not what we were charged. The Caesar Salad price on the website was $8.95 for two, and we were charged $12.95 each.Also, the salad was advertised as being prepared table side when in fact they were prepared in the center of the dining room.Our table mates also ordered the salad and felt that $51.80 for four salads was unreasonable. The music (a mixture of tunes fromthe 80s and 90s) was too loud and the staff refused to lower the volume. Will not dine there again. Read more
Chez Paul fine dining is amazing! The food was so tasty, but the presentation and the service is what makes everything so... special. Chef Paul, the Owner, brought out a table and personally prepared the Cesar Salad in front of us. He ground up thespices and cheese together and actually used raw eggs in the dressing. Annie, our waitress was so sweet and personal. Shetalked to us and made us feel so at home. This is my first time to dine there in the 12 years I?ve lived in Daytona Beach. I?dlove to come back! I wanted so much to celebrate Bastille day with a great French dinner, so we went to Chez Paul. The meal was good (not great).... The calami was definitely over breaded. The issue that ruined the evening was the service that took over 3 1/2 hours... waittoo long of a wait between courses. Read more

You are greeted by Chez Paul and you are introduced to his exceptional staff that makes you feel like family. Theycater to you during your dining experience, no rush just relax and enjoy. The abombance the of the dining area is relaxing andcozy but enough to accommodate large parties.
