Who ever was working the window tonight that hands out food at 815 pm was very polite and extremely busy. I was upset waiting so... long in line over 8 minutes however I've been a GM of fast food...they were short staffed for sure. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've been to. I've ordered through the mobile app 3 times before. The first time, I understood... why I didn't get my food; it was extremely busy. I went through the drive thru and got my food. The second time, I sat for 10minutes. I went into the front to explain I never got my order and was told it would be out soon. I wait another 15 minutes. Igo in to ask about it again and just get plain stares from the workers. Blatantly ignoring me and not giving my food that Ialready paid for. Third time, I waited 20 minutes and gave up. This time, its 10:00 PM and I go through the drive thru. Waitedin line for 20 minutes. I sat at the menu for another 5 minutes. Was not once greeted. I left, and I realized that nobody waseven at the other windows. Why are people being paid for doing absolutely nothing? We ate inside and it's one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had breakfast... but they still brought my kids happy meal toys. Read more
I went to the drive thru lane both side was opened and the employee was like turn around and go to lane 1 because 2 is closed... and the lane for 1 was 5 cars full if they was closing lane 2 they should of put cones in lane 2 the two employees in the 2nddrive thru window was like the manager is busy just close the window. Tried twice to go here on our way out of and back into Daytona because it was convenient. Breakfast they just stopped taking our... order in the drive through, so we left. We were ordering like 5 things and he repeated the first one 3 times and then juststopped talking. On the way back in we stopped for a late dinner, sat in line for almost 15 minutes before someone finally cameto tell us their system had to update so they weren't taking any more orders an hour before they closed.
