This is for the tiki bar outside. Rude bartender. Automatic tipping. Bland food. Bad service. Did I mention the hostile horrible... bartender woman? She is worth mentioning twice. Again, automatic tipping, so they can be as rude as they want to be. Read more
The hotel is lovely but they must have changed something since these other reviews .. Just had breakfast as were staying at... their hotel, paid over 16$ per person , no drink included just water . My big problem though is that it is the exact samebreakfast that is offered for free at most hotels only not fresh.(bacon sausage eggs French toast) bacon and sausage tasted likedog food, eggs from a bag unseasoned, French toast was equal to a sponge. I ended up having a bowl of Frosted Flakes with someLuke warm milk. They give you more of a saucer than a bowl my guess is to conserve on the warm milk. My review is specifically regarding Jeffrey at Reflections bar... After picking up some dinner (from an outside restaurant),... one of my guests asked if I could pick up a Vodka 5.0 on my way back to the room. Since my hands were literally full (drink,heavy bag of food, & some other stuff) after I had given the bartender (Jeffery) a $20 bill... I wasn?t able to read the receiptwhen he had given me my $2.28 change. Since I had quite a bit on my mind... I didn?t realize the change was so low (I wasn?taware of how much the drink was ahead of time)... so I subconsciously thought I had given him a $10 bill... and I ultimatelyleft him the $2.28 as a tip and left. After getting back up to my room and thinking that something didn?t seem right, I lookedat the receipt and realized that a $2.54 tip (18%) had automatically been applied to the drink. While that is totally okay, andI should have been mindful enough to notice... I feel like it was a bit shady for him not to have mentioned something or atleast said, ?hey, thanks so much!?.
