Yesterday evening my family and I, including my small children, stop by this location for something to eat. We end up spending... over $80 on various foods and beverages. Every item purchased had been specifically handled out to us after each of ourindividual numbers were called out. Instead of taking our food to go, we decided to sit out front at the picnic tables to eat.As we begin to enjoy our food, an employee of Wawa by the name of Tyler came storming out, yelling at us in regard to an orderthat was missing from another customer. Confused, we began to inquire on what was he, such in an uproar about he was looking foranother customer's food and accuse us of taking their food. I Personally ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla along with a mochaiced latte. We presented him with receipts and showed him the ticket number of everybody?s food, and he proceeded to leave backinto the store. The embarrassment that we thought were over returned as he came back out storming, yelling about a drink thatwas missing. He first accused one of my family members who had a mango drink about stealing a sugar cookie drink. Once sheshowed him the ticket number and that he had the wrong drink, he turned his attention specifically towards me, yelling that mydrink was a sugar cookie drink that he just had made, and I stole it. Offended and embarrass, I proceeded to ask questions toclarify that he was referring to my latte. He confirmed and proceeded to tell me, yes, that it was the ticket number 734. Ipicked up my cup and showed my cup to him displaying the ticket clearly showed that it was a mocha-Iced latte with the ticketnumber 756, and he still proceeded to try to take my drink from me. I purchased over 80 dollars in food and beverages. It was an issue with the macaroni and the young lady wasn't able to assist... she requested help assistance from another employer because they were having issues with equipment. The manager on duty wasTyler he scolded her for calling him and bothering him. Me and my family sat down to enjoy our meal and Tyler walked outscreaming yelling about my family stealing food. Yelling and snatching our food from our hands. He was screaming to top of hislungs about we stole another customer food. We gave him receipts , and he still continued to go through our bags. I had mychildren with me I was totally embarrassed and upset who does that does. Other customers were trying to help but Tyler couldn'tto become more irritate and mad. The security guard came over to apologize for Tyler but nothing was done. After finallyrealizing we didn't have it he stormed off. My children were upset after finally getting them calm Tyler returned stating itwas now a milkshake missing. Back to the monster he returned. Then time @aying people in the store told him we stole the drink.I ask for a manager to assist and he scream that he was the supervisor. I asked for a corporate number and he refused to giveit to me. So I frequent this particular Wawa because of it's closeness to my job. Usually good service until yesterday. I witnessed the... most disrespectful event I have ever seen. I watched this young mother with her children order and pay for there food (yes Iwatched them order and pay for there food and take it outside with the kids to eat) and then the "manager" (I say "manager"because any real manager would never do what he did to this family) come outside and accuse them of stealing the food they justordered and PAYED for!!! He took the food away and drink and then proceeded to give it to another guest after it was alreadyhandled by them.this is disgusting and will never order anything from there again. This manager needs to get glasses as theyoung lady showed me her order number after I asked what all the commotion was about. This managers name was Tyler and Irecommend everyone avoid this location until he learns manners respect and common health related issues never just give someonefood after it's been delivered to someone else. I don?t know about anyone else but I honestly feel Wawa has better sandwiches then Subways. I?d rather come here to grab some... food then pay over $30 at Subways. Plus the small or medium sized Mac and Cheese is huge. Just punch it up on the menu screen,get your ticket, and a few mins later your food is ready to roll. I hope they start building more Wawas around here because 7-11and Circle K is garbage. Just wish the place was a little cleaner inside. The workers are pretty friendly so it makes up for alot.
