Let me start by saying usually the subs are pretty good and there isn't a lot in Deforest for delivery options so I order from... here a lot. Today though I ordered a sandwich and added extra veggies to it, but when I got it there was none of the veggies onit. I called to talk to them and the person who answered literally wanted to just send over a bag with the veggies in it for meto put on. I know that is technically what I was missing but there was no "hey we are sorry" or anything just "well I can sendthe veggies over with the delivery driver when I get back" This store is always really slow with delivery and that wasn'texactly going to work with my narrow window for lunch. I Have on my ordering notes to knock on my door, but since I was in the living room waiting for my sandwich I heard the driver... throw my sandwich hitting the floor and when I seen him leave and his Dodge Caravan went outside to look at my order and it wasout of the bag all over the floor including my sandwich Mayo packets cookie and napkins so when I come in to open my sandwichthey put on two pieces of bacon for the extra meat that I wanted also didn't cut my sandwich in half like I requested and nocheese but didn't get my money back for that extra charge either I would not recommend this Jimmy John's by far I will go out ofmy way to find another Jimmy John's to make my sandwich correct and have a more respectable experience Read more
Worse Jimmy John's ever they run your credit card at closing. You get nothing in return. Driver lies said he delivered. Nothing... there no calls no nothing. The DeForest location needs closed management sucks. Still waiting for my refund I have not gottenyet. Reported this location to corporate and have phone numbers to contact.
