I haven't been to Arby's for at least a year. When we were handed our bag, I said to my husband, "I smell rancid oil". We went... to have a picnic and yep fries & mozzarella sticks tasted rancid. I called and mention to manager that the oil is rancid. Wastold "yep". I waited and nothing more was said and I repeated myself. He goes "yep, I was going to change it today". That wasit. No apology. I ordered the steak sandwich with green peppers and cheese. It certainly is not like the one featured on your TV ad. The bun was... not toasted as it shows and the bun is not very good.
