68% of customers don't return not because of product dissatisfaction but because of not feeling appreciated. An owner remedied... an issue when the bartender didn't even offer to and he was professional, and even kind about it. The issue was the portion. Thesecond arrival of the same item was immediately noticeably more, even though he told me they're prepacked. (At the end I foundout how well he actually handled the issue, (muchos kudosd), and I ended up having a better time than I was originally planning,and would have had I not said something and had he not been a good business person.
