My buffalo burger was delicious! The server was a total sweetheart and made me a cherry Coke and brought free refills. Prices... were reasonable and the bathrooms were clean. Will definitely go there again when traveling through Deadwood SD. Read more
Waited for 20 minutes after being seated and still no drinks. 3 girls who clean tables just standing around not helping waiter... to get water . Service is poor and others will not help. A d to top it off the 3 girls standing around came up to our tableand started taking plates, finally one ask if we were finished, I stated I did not think so abd they could wait. They tookplates anyway. Manager needs to work on these employees. Read more
Nice place , cool sports bar atmosphere. Nice staff fairly quick with service. Unfortunately our food came out cold. Chicken... fried steak was barely luke warm. Veggies were cold. The onion rings were warm and delicious though. Read more
We went to the hostess, asked for a table for 3...were told 20 mins. We got the call that our table was ready. We went in, and... were sat down and given menus. We start looking at the menu and nothing was the same as we seen online or the menu board at thedoor, so we asked about it. That's when we were informed that there are 2 restaurants and we were put into the sports bar whenwe were wanting the steakhouse. We felt we should have been told upon checking in with the hostess, considering the name abovethe hostess station, is the steakhouse name....no mention on the sports bar. They moved us to the steakhouse, but made an issueabout it, like it was an inconvenience, because we didn't have a reservation. We were told by the hostess that we will probhave to wait a while because they need to try to fit us between the reservation tables. Once in the steakhouse, we were quicklywaited on. Our waiter was great and very attentive, (there were hardly any tables in there the entire time we were in there, soI'm not really sure why it was made into an issue). Unfortunately, our food was less than impressive. It was OK at best, notenough that we would eat there again. Next time, we will probably just try the sports bar and not expect the steakhouse.
