The place was dirty as hell. The POP and signs were all torn and broken. And to top it all up the lady serving had the worst... attitude ever!!! Read more
I didn't have the best experience at this location. I had a 10 gift card i couldn't use here because they actually don't have... cold stone registers. It's a hybrid with tim hurton. Customers service was ok, however, it's at a bad location so you get a lotof ghetto riff raff. They didn't plan their day off well, because, they ran out of cones and other things. Not a good experience. They claim they don't have a gift card machine so I have to pay cash. Seem like management need to check... the supplies vs financial books might find that workers are pocketing some funds. So now I have a gift card and I have to drivefar to spend at another location. I drove all the way to this location to get my fave ice cream since the closest location to me has shut down. I asked for five... different combos and I was told they were out of ice cream or were not selling that. Why advertise on your window if you weren?tselling. Then when I asked for founders favorite there was no sweet cream ice cream or pecans. They were also out of the verybasic topping?.sprinkles. The staff was also not too friendly and seemed annoyed. Unfortunately, this Cold Stone does not offer much in terms of in-store presentation, product delivery, or customer... satisfaction. There is a general feeling of disorder from the moment you walk in as you try to find what you're looking forthrough the cluttered counters. The place feels understaffed and hectic even though there's not many people inside. While ColdStone is known for their deliciously thick and rich ice cream, the ice cream I received at this location was excessively melty(it was semi melted from the moment the employee handed it to me, and just got worse from there). My Creation also suffered froma lack of/incorrect mix-ins during its creation. Read more
