This is the worst KFC EVER!!!!!!! Every time I go there, it is still within the time they are open but it's maybe 20-30 mins.... before closing and they seem to always be out of everything at that point. Why don't the owner have the restaurant close at like5 in the evening so his lazy employees can go home. But remember they fought tooth and nail to get $15 an hour and for thisreason I voted against it! Read more
Horrible experience, workers don't know what they're doing, they never have food. I ordered a big meal on doordash and they... confirmed it was ready, but when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have the food items I ordered and if I wanted arefund to call their corporate number or get a refund from doordash. Doordash wouldn't give me a refund because the workers atkfc already confirmed they made the food, and the KFC customer service I called twice: one said they can't help me, another saidthey sent my number and case to their refund department, but three weeks later I have no reply. I even went back to the locationto see if they can give me my order since I already payed for it, but instead I was given sass by the workers and didn't get myfood. Avoid this place. Read more
My order was placed, and I was told that it would be a 10-12 min wait, and I chose to wait. The 10-12 mins turned into 20 mins,... and they forgot about me. The order had been paid for. I got out to go in, but doors were locked, I they aren't serving on theinside. A young man came to the door, and I told him my situation, and he replied if I had gotten any of my order, and I saidno.
