I went in to this Wing Stop on last evening as a first time buyer. After ordering I waited a very long time after being told it... would take about 20 minutes. Okay, it?s cooked to order. Left my granddaughter in to get order and she finally asked what wastaking so long since everyone had come and gone. She was told oh here?s your order, which had been just sitting there. Droppedher off at home about five minutes down Greenfield and she called me and said her order was not seasoned as requested, the frieswere limp and soggy, and unseasoned, my daughters bbq chicken was burned. They hung up on me three times after I made mycomplaints. Finally on the fourth time a young lady asked is this the same lady calling again? I said yes and asked for themanager again and she said the manager said he can?t do anything for you. Bring the food back. Terrible service, bad food andthe manager won?t speak for him/her self.
