Just ordered through door dash. Reviewed on door dash too. Wish I could put zero stars for the half filled burnt and inedible... slop I was just delivered. Quesadillas with almost none of the dipping sides. They were burnt and hardly had any cheese. Theywere inedible. The bowl had no lettuce. It was just chicken and beans. So you are out of lettuce and all salsas and then forgothow to cook and burnt things too. From The other reviews on door dash for this location, what is corporate doing? When I ordered tacos the person taking my order said they had to make them because they didn't have any cooked. They offered... just to make a soft taco but I wanted hard shell. I don't think they were happy with me being visibly irritated. Also when wewalked in there was a big mess of food on one of the tables and where they were making the food was not clean. Read more
Honestly, I hate complaining but .. all I have to say about this location is do NOT order online unless you're picking up. This... is the second time my online order (which is delivered through door dash) has taken over an hour just for them to cancel it.Then no one picks up the phone. Chipotle sent an automatic email saying I'd be refunded so, that's good at least. I think thisisn't necessarily the employees fault, but poor management and short staff maybe? If you can't handle the online orders justblock them until you have the staff to properly take on the workload. Read more

Extremely rude customer service. The team didn?t acknowledge us for over 4 min in the drive through lane, even though the food... was done and ready. They were answering their personal phone in the kitchen area. Completely unsanitary! I have seen couple ofcomments similar to this one. Does Chipotle or the failed store manager read this? I wish there 0 stars to give them. Theymessed up the order, didn?t taste as good as we used to from different stores.
