This is easily the worst Dunkin? I?ve ever been too? I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it?s just constantly bad.... Usually it?s rock hard bagels or messed up coffee. I had ordered Dunkin through DoorDash and it wasn?t great at all. I order a half dozen of donuts and every single donut was... wrong except for one. My 10 count munchkins were smashed. My iced matcha latte not only was made wrong but was quite warm andwasn?t mixed well. I have worked for Dunkin Donuts in the past, in fact I was a shift manager. Ordered a large milkshake and it was absurdly over priced, loose in texture, and tasted like a milk flavored drink with a scoop... of ice cream. Asked them to remake it thicker and they argued with me that it would be an up charge in the future. Ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, a small hot cocoa, a med coffee, a bacon snacker and a donut. Total was over $31 (not... including delivery). Unfortunately, instead of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, only 1 piece of bread with cheese on top of it wasput in the order. Also, the coffee was watered down. And it seemed as if the bacon had been half eaten?? There were crumbled upnapkins in the bag. The entire thing was very odd. If you look at the pic, you can tell there never was a 2nd piece of bread onthe ?sandwich?. I?m not sure if maybe they are training someone new? Or someone was upset and was having a bad day? But afterpaying over $30 for grilled cheese sandwiches and not even getting one complete sandwich, we won?t be ordering from here again.Check your orders before you leave! Read more
