I love the first shift guys. Very friendly. The Italian night club sandwiches are great.
Do not order catering from here!!! I ordered a very large catering order from this location for my daughter?s first birthday... party in May. When my mom went to pick up the order, she was told that someone else had already picked it up. Basically, theygave the order to someone else without confirming that they were giving it to the right person. I was able to get my money backsince I paid with a credit card. They also said they were going to remake the order but it was already 30 mins from party timeand they were taking other orders instead of doing ours. She also lied and said she checked the person?s ID to make sure it wasthe right person (how does that make sense?). I got a call from some guy named Josh who left a voicemail asking me to call backso we can see if they can get me to keep my order (what?!) then I called him back, explained the situation and he said he had totalk to someone higher up and get back to me to ?make this right?. It has now been over 2 months and I haven?t heard anythingback. Thankfully Little Ceasar?s was able to make a bunch of pizzas for us quick since this happened literally right before herparty. Two hours later and I still did not receive my online order. Called twice and they kept telling me it?s on its way. Waiting two... hours for a sandwich is ridiculous. To add onto this, they told me my order was delivered and the driver called me and took apicture of the order in front of my house. None of those things are true and they refused to refund me my money. I cannotbelieve how unprofessional this store is. AVOID Read more
Friendly staff who gave good recommendations. While waiting for my order, I heard the boss giving great advice to the delivery... driver about how to make sure the customer gets their order. They really care here. The place was clean and the sandwich great. Read more

Wish I could give this location zero stars. I love Jimmy Johns and so do my daughters, so on a trip out of town- they chose... their usual fave sandwich shop. JJs. To our surprise, the experience was like none we have experienced back home in Missouri.After placing an online order directly through Jimmy johns website since it?s ?freaky fast,? we waited for an hour before I grewconcerned. I called the store who said they tried to contact us and tell us no one was there to deliver to. This was not true.They said they would bring it again. We continued to wait for the order and again no one showed. I attempted to call the storeto cancel the order and was told they couldn?t do that and was hung up on. After several attempts to call and being hung up orthe employee pretending like she was unable to hear me, we drove to the store prior to closing. There was ten minutes leftbefore close and the doors were already locked. We reached out to the store the following day and still got the run around. Tendays later, I still have not received my money back. Hard earned forty dollars stolen from me. Upon reading reviews for thislocation, seems like they should be shut down for theft because they?ve done it to several other customers too. Read more
