I've been going to this TB by my house for the last few years. I'm really sorry for not posting a review sooner. Through my... experience going to this location, it's always been great! Tonight, the customer service was just amazing! I ordered online. Igot my favorite Cravings Box but I guess this time I made the mistake of ordering a MT Dew Baja Freeze. Which I never get. WhenI arrived to pick up my order I noticed the gentleman bringing my food then my drink. I stopped for a moment thinking it was amistake. It was a mistake. But it wasn't them. It was me! I looked at my phone really quick and realized, I ordered the wrongdrink. I wanted just a regular LG Baja Blast. Not a freeze. I felt pretty silly for how simple of a mistake it was. I told themI made a mistake and that I should've paid attention closer to what I was ordering online. They didn't even flinch, they got memy LG Baja Blast that I originally wanted and allowed me to still keep the Freeze. Just the way they handled the entiresituation, with such ease and grace. It was just a really good feeling. I've done the customer service industry and worked withfood before. Customers can be very, "ugh" at times. I was more than willing to pay but they just insisted I take it. I'm a big"pay it forward" kind of guy. So for a simple of a gesture it was, I'll be paying it forward, some way, some how. No doubt I'llbe returning to this location. 1. I absolutely dig Taco Bell. 2. By far one of the best locations I've been to. To the crewthat was working tonight 10/1/22 around 9:30pm, keep it up! Normally they do a very good job at this specific location (polar opposite to the next one north of here on Telegraph) but last... time it was a disaster. The guy had the absolute worst attitude ever, actually cursed (F word), the food was all wrong, and thenhe didn't even want to give a receipt. Literally argued about it! But I called the next day and spoke with a manager (or couldhave been an assistant manager) and she was so, so, so nice and empathetic & totally corrected the situation.
