We made a new friend Hannah this week! ! She has been most helpful in helping us pick out new things to try from the menu!
I went here to get my usual. The sever was very nice. The individual making my meal was very slow however. And there was no... one else in the store besides me. One guest came in after me. On top of that, my sandwich didn't have a visual appeal expectedfrom th Penera brand. I wasn't expecting it to look like the photos picture but I at least would have like it to lookdeliciously appealing. I opened the bread and found little chicken, one thin slice of avocado. I was having the Chipotleavocado but (minus the becon). It picture made it look totally appealing...I was underwhelmed when I unwrapped my veryanticipated sandwich. Read more
Very, very disappointed. Nasty dirty. Spilled drinks are slip hazards. Trash all over. Food quality was way below what I expect.... Upholstered seats are torn and in need of repair. Bakery section was depleted and case was filled with crumbs. I understand theyneed staff. Read more
