The chubby guy will salt the fries like crazy..like who wanna eat such ???? salty fries. Chill with the salt man. This is a... popular BBQ place they should know the balance of flavors. One of the best barbecue restaurants I've ever been in. All of their meats are smoked so well, and they offer SO MANY varieties... of barbecue it could make your head spin. And the desserts & sides are to die for! I could go on, like about their great tea,lemonade etc. But you have to come and experience it yourself. You'll love their very friendly staff as well.
