Great coustomer service and The ambiance was wonderful. The lead piano player made our visit. The food was great quality but... limited choices and not much seafood options though they advertise as Steak and seafood restaurant. Overall, I was very disappointed by the quality of the food served at Parkers on Ponce. While the service was great, I was... unable to enjoy the environment because it was very chilly, even indoors. The food was *good*, don?t get me wrong, but based onthe prices, I was expecting something of much better quality.
