It's been a while since I've had pizza from Pizza Hut! That was until I attended a Halloween party where they had ordered some... pizza from Pizza Hut! I had a slice of their cheese pan crust and immediately had a flashback of days gone by! The crust wasdone to perfection! Nice and chewy with just a little bit of crunch! The other night I couldn't think of anything thing elsethat I wanted to eat but a cheese pizza from Pizza Hut! So went online and placed my order for a chess pizza with halfpineapple! But instead of getting the pan crush, I mistakenly ordered hand-tossed! Google maps sent me out of the way to thewrong location again! But eventually, I found the location and picked up my still piping hot pizza! Now keep in mind, I'vealways had their pan crush so this hand-tossed crust was something new for me! I was very happy that I was able to get the pizzawith light sauce, cause I find their sauce to be a bit on the salty side for me! To my surprise the pizza was perfect! Even withthe thinner crush and lighter sauce! It paired very well with the bowl of homemade chicken soup! Waited 3 hours for the door dash driver to cancel my order. Food was never received. Drove to the location, in hope that my oder... was taken back. I was told that most of the time the food is not returned, the ovens were off. I was out of $70 plus $10 tipand had to return home to cook at very near midnight. Now I have to track down my refund and wait 48hrs before my claim isreviewed for a refund. Needless to say, I am never ordering from this location, especially not for delivery. I ordered contactless online. I placed my order around 4:20 pm. Once complete it stated 14 minutes and my order would be ready.... I get to Pizza Hut at roughly 4:35 pm. Upon arrival, the drive thru had a cone blocking it. I went in. The cashier was visiblyirritated and stated my order was not ready and wouldn?t be for about 15 more minutes. I went back to my car and returned 15minutes later. The line inside was long and her attitude was worse. A young dude skipped the line in front of me and when I saidexcuse me I?m next , she basically grabbed my receipt, tossed it on the counter, took his Uber and went to the back. Came backwith my pizza and at this point I took it and left. I will never order from this location again. The staff are usually friendly.My orders have been messed up a couple times but all in all the product is good. The staff that worked 11/29/22 @ 4:30 pm needadditional training on customer service. It?s sad that I now choose to travel to the South Hairston location and Covington Hwyis literally 2 minutes away from me. Read more
