Multiple items were missing, which has happened numerous times in the past. My biggest issue is that multiple times we've... ordered food from this location and the N Druid Hills locations we have requested Diablo/Fire sauce. Each time we may receive 1or 2 packs of mild sauce. This feels absolutely intentional as it has happened on more than 3 occasions and 2 packs of sauce(that include the only flavor that wasn't requested) for the amount of food items we order is ridiculous. It wouldn't be a bigdeal if it hasn't happened almost every single time we order food, if our orders were actually correct, or if it was a mix ofsauces or an appropriate number. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong. After waiting a while, they did fix it. But they forgot to... pack any napkins or sauce so I couldn?t eat it in the car. Soggy, wasn't hot, tasted like nasty tap water, waited in drive through for for about 20mins and my order wasn't complete. I... went back to get what was missing and that tasted how dog food smells. Cold nacho fries and cheese also tasted like nasty tapwater smh. Ask for a refund if you like drama. Alot of these food workers act like its coming out they check, knowing theysevering food below standards.
