Drive thru was fast, cashier was very pleasant. And for once a taco bell got my whole $50 order correct with everything on it... being modified. Read more
Ended up waiting several minutes before being greeted and helped. It took an exhorbantly long time to order food (cashier didn't... know how to ring it up and after each peice of information we had to wait on the lead to come over and place the order--- shewould just walk back away) and the cashier would stumble to the next issue on his side trying to ring it up. Mind you- we had aBreakfast Bell Box (x2) sub hashbrowns for potatoes. And 3 breakfast burritos. The cashier wasn't able to add anything to theorder. The lead ended up doing it all. Instead of just assisting him through the entire order she'd leave to go back to what shewas doing. It created an extremely long and frustrating check out process for me. Then. When I finally got our order- [weordered inside TO GO.] They put it all in a tray. Take the food back when they realized I wanted it to go- like ordered... handed me 2 boxes and a small bag vs using one large bag to carry the food outside in. Once I managed my juggle of drinks andfood to the vehicle we discovered my breakfast crunchwrap was meatless. And we were shirt the dessert that goes in it. Had togo back in so they could remake it and wait on the dessert balls. After feeling like we got everything right we left out. Onlyto discover 4 miles down the road Taco bell had inadvertently included 3 extra hashbrowns and a taco in our order. So we'repretty confident we ended up with part of someone else's order. Train your employees better before trying to turn them loose. Irealize you may be short staffed. But I'd rather wait while someone is training than watch an employee struggle not knowing whatto do at all and having to wait entirely on someone else to come walk them back through the process. Always use drive thru. Staff friendly and food order is almost always correct
The most polite taco bell I have ever been to! We went through the drive thru at 11pm and was greeted so nicely and everyone... there was so nice! Not to mention the food was AMAZING!???? Read more
