I typically stop here on my way down to visiting Dubuque from the Twin Cities. It's quick, the food is good, and I sometimes see... an old Decorah pal (this has only happened once). 5 stars from me! Read more
Only one guy was working. He was overwhelmed during a rush. The food was fine and his service was a good as you can expect with... 6 customers in line. We were glad we had a coupon the price of their new subs is very pricey for fast food. Read more
Very disappointed. Servers where very friendly. Bread was extremely hard and out of many products.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! My wife ordered online for our family, I went to go pick up the food. I come home and not only were we... missing a entire sandwich EVERY single sandwich was made WRONG!! My wife called to tell them about it and the employee was VERYRUDE and hung up on me because she thought I was "raising my voice"! We were very up set about not being able to feed ourchildren at that moment. My wife called again this morning and spoke to the manager. The manager was also very rude when shecalled this morning and it upset my wife because apparently "the customer is always right" doesn't apply anymore. Read more
