Thing about Chipotle..... They aren't consistent across the chain, in my experience. This location is the one around Boston... that understands how important lime is in the salsa and on the chips, and it makes all the difference. I'll go out of my way tocome here because of it. Read more
$7.05 for 2oz of extra meat???? and it is not listed anywhere, neither does the employee tell you price before ordering. i had... not gone to Chipotle for about 1 year, but i thought i would go back. Ordered a bowl with rice, black beans, pico, and "GarlicGuajillo Steak". I asked for extra meat, and the employee there barely put a spoon full of it, maybe he added an additional 2 ozin the bowl. Got to the counter and my bill was $21.77, with a 7.05 extra charge just for the extra meat. I understand pricesare up, but this is absolute rip off for many reasons: - the quantity added when people ask for extra meat - not displaying ordisclosing price before ordering. probably last time i order from them. Each time I've ordered from this store has been delivery via Chipotle's app, and there has a been an error each time. A missing... drink, missing piece of a meal, ingredient missing from an order, etc. If the app is malfunctioning for the stores, they need topressure Chipotle corporate to fix the app. If the branch is truly that bad at fulfilling orders shown to them on a screen, thebranch should be shut down.
