Overpriced coffee but convenient. Service was absolutely the slowest I have ever seen at a dunkin. Almost 20 mins for a hot... black coffee. Not sure if staff was new and not trained but it sure seemed that way. Read more
No matter what time of day you go here they are out of everything. The employees don't seem to know what is going on and aren't... very friendly. This location is actually closer for me than the one in my home town but after three tries I am done. I won'tcome here again. Read more
I've been to this dunkin many many times but I am almost always disappointed, the only reason I keep going back is because it is... the closest one to my home and on the route I take to work. Every time I order through the app I get my drink with no issue, butthe food is almost always messed up or just not with my order at all. When I go in person I always end up waiting an extensiveamount of time, even if the store has not other customers. They also have a tendency to open late/close early because ofstaffing issues. I don't blame the staff at all because I know multiple who have worked there and have heard countless horrorstories about ho management treats their employees. The staff are not properly trained at all and even before COVID they hadstocking issues all the time. Read more
