I've been to a few Twxas Roadhouses and this one is managed so well it seems seamless. The management team is top notch. They... kept a busy summer night flowing, communicated well and checked on tables personally. Awesome job, highly recommend for aneasy-going, relaxing night out. Food was cooked exactly how requested, bread was flowing. Our waiter were a really friendly guy,checked on us often remembered refills, was really nice to my grandkids. After reading all the previous comments, what I experienced makes sense. Sadly, In recent months the restaurant's food is not... fresh, more like from days ago. I ordered two family meals when I got home; I threw away all of it; I was not trying to getsick. My order was over $120, and the receipt was not given to me; I guess so that I wouldn't see the extra charges, tips, orfees. The new staff is ghetto, so I can imagine what goes on in the back. I was a regular when the owners were in therestaurant, and the food was fresh each time. I will never go back. On behalf of previous customer reviews and me, tips areoptional. We, as the customer, are not obligated to tip you; if we don't like your customer service, why should we tip? Tips areearned.
