I have been coming here for a long time and I have to say my experience dining here has significantly improved as the store is... under new management. The store is clean and inviting and the staff is super helpful. The food is always great, but this 5 starreview is for the staff and especially the manager, JC. Every time I come in, he is engaged with his staff. Not to mention, Jcmakes sure your catering orders are taken care of. My office had stopped ordering catering from Cafe Zupas before because theywere always late. The last two times we ordered from JC, the food was perfectly prepared and on time. Then this manager named JC put his two cents in on how I shouldorder my food and also his suggestions! When I say they take customer service to the next level that?s exactly what they do! Ordered food for my co-workers the other week and I just have to rave able how impressed I was by the professionalism by JC! He... had answered all my questions even some I didn't even think of, our food was delivered to us on time and the taste of the foodwas divine, along with the temperature of the food being perfect for all items from cold to hot!
