The hubs and I each ordered the rib/pork chop combo. It was all good until the bill came and there was an automatic 18% gratuity... added on. The service was mediocre and I was not going to tip 18% because of the mediocrity of the service so that kind ofseemed unfair. I understand that the servers are really busy these days but they could have at least smiled and greeted usinstead of making us feel like we were bothering them. Like I previously stated, food was good but I don't think we will be backbecause of the indifference and cold nature of our server. Read more
My daughter and I go to the Milwaukee location about twice a year. We are very familiar with the menu. My Bone-In Ribeye... Delmonico was made to order and my daughters ribs were spot on. Had great conversation with a manager and our server, Jewels wasfantastic. The Deerfield location did not disappoint. I honestly can't think what of they could have done better. Very dissapointed! I ordered rib tips and everything was good till i reached the bottom of the bucket and found the bottom tips... were burned. Did you all think I will not notice?!? Read more
Easy to order online. On time and food is delicious! Ribs are tender and juicy. Best coleslaw ever! Nostalgic as my Uncle use to... bring us ribs from Carson’s when I was a kid, and I’m grateful they’re still open and still around. Read more
