Just ordered a club tuna and was charged for a regular Tuna. I made the correction after i paid. The manager came up, didn't... apologize and proceeded to charge me again for the difference which was their mistake. I said that i don't want to pay fortheir mistake and was told that it wasn't their problem. I asked for their general manager or district manager's and was alsotold no. Super unprofessional staff. Slowest Jimmy Johns in Illinois. Waited over an hour for my food. Not only are they slow, but there always seems to be something... wrong with the order? if you?re going to take your time - at least get the order right :( EDIT: Jimmy John?s corporate sent mea gift card for $10 for my last order being completely wrong - I appreciated this. I used that gift card towards my lunchtoday. However.
