I have been eating lunch at Olympia Flame 1-2 times a week for Over 15 years. It is a short walk from my office and it is Always... GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE. Patti, George, Alex, Greg, Jessie, and Dorian in the Kitchen = Dream Team. Weather its Soup,Sandwich, Omelet or a Greek Salad or Greek meal always great tasting, nice size portions, everything is so fresh and made toorder. Everything is just fabulous. Classic Greek Diner fare! We went on Sunday around 11:00. It was pretty busy. The hostess said it would be a 15-20 minute wait... to be seated. We opted for 2 seats at the counter with no wait. The waiter at the counter was very polite and professional. Iordered a Greek Omelette with Home fries and Rye toast. My partner had an Open Faced Hot Roast Beef Sandwich with Mashed Potatoand Gravy. Our orders came up within a few minutes. Everything was delicious! We both cleaned our plates. We drove past 3 or 4other ?Breakfast? spots that had lines out the door. My ham, Chs, mush. and green pepper had rolled up full thin slices of boiled ham. And the Ham did taste good. But my husband had... the same omelette without the mushrooms. And he had a nice big chunks of diced ham in it. Why would they make two omelettesboth with ham and make different ham? ???? Very disappointed. $32 for two omelettes with a side of bacon. I couldn?t even eatmine. It was a To go order. So apparently they didn?t care. SO 6 MONTHS LATER WE TRIED AGAIN. ??????????????? So we calledahead and gave it a second try and spoke to the manager Patty. She had an attitude on the phone. But I let it go trying to givea second chance. My husband and I ordered our meals. She was rude when he picked it up and was so quick and didn?t even allowhim to leave a tip. And told him ? I expect you to redo that review? . We weren?t even going to re-order because of her tone andattitude. But we went ahead anyway. So after I called after a meal to explain to her, why I even put the complaint, I didn?t getto say anything other than my name. She said ? oh here we go? I tried to explain why I took the screenshot of her comment backbecause it was six months ago. Oh she said she knows she?s been there in 35 years and she does all the orders very snotty. Shesaid she knows exactly why. How would I know she would remember. And why was she so angry saying she knows everything. Thiswoman has a serious problem. She definitely has some anger issues, so we will never order here again. And I will tell my friendsto stay away from the manager Patty . It was ridiculous.
