I grew up about 2 or 3 blocks from where this restaurant is located. Had it been there when I made the decision to join the... military, I might have stayed home lol. Seriously, I have been able to pass through Defiance a few times due to my job and havemade it a point to eat there with my aunt & uncle. I have tried different items on the menu and then I see others plates comeout and I want to try that next time. My wife is Mexican-American and cooks old school, the recipes used at La Jaliscience areflavorful and you can tell somebody has put some time into them in the kitchen. Good and affordable! I got the streak fajitas and they did not disappoint! Huge portion and came in a cast iron skillet. My... friend got the burrito supremo with this awesome cheese sauce and it was really good too. Went for lunch and it was only about$9 after tax and had plenty to take home.
