First time here, and we loved it! Great culinary gem - happy to have it here in Defiance. Awesome, creative food... combinations/seasonings, excellent atmosphere, and superb service (Heidi B.). I enjoy going to Sweetwater Chophouse for literally any special occasion with my wife. The food is always fresh and delicious.... Some people may think it's on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for. Everything is cooked to perfection andthe plating is pleasing to the eye. Great food for a small town, which doesn’t always have access to that! Had the 10-ounce Sirloin with creamed artichokes/... spinach, grilled asparagus, and Asian Beef Soup. The night before I had their Kobe Beef Burger. Their happy hour is prettyawesome : $4 4KD Brewing Pints, $5 glasses of wine, $6 martinis, and happy hour pricing on select food - labeled in blue“HH” on the menu.
