We were stopping in for lunch on the way to Panama City Beach. Two little kids with us. Long wait to get an order placed. It... was clear they were busy, possibly understaffed and struggling. Despite it all, we got served and the food was good and thelady who waited on us was just as nice as she could be. Very considerate. Everyone felt better once we got some lunch and astretch. Able to finish up the trip. Traveling on the two lane route portion of the trip makes dining and bathroom breakoptions rather limited. We were tickled to find Sonic as our old stand by! Read more

I love Sonic as a whole, but this location has gone down hill since 2019. They used to take your order in a timely manner and... you'd receive your order in a timely manner. I'm not sure what has changed to cause the service to go down hill but it has. Myhusband ordered from the app half an hour before we were to pick up. When we arrived we couldn't get them to pick up the callbutton for a full 20 minutes. When we finally saw a car hop she was passing out 99 cent coupons because of the back up. Iinformed her that we were there for our app order. She said she'd let them know but was still another 20 minutes before theypicked up our call button. To which we waited another 30 minutes before we received our order. Decided to try again a weeklater but do drive instead. Still had similar results, 20 minute wait to order, and another 15 to get order. If I need my Sonicfix I'll drive further to another one. I suggest that if you are in a hurry you skip this location. I really like this sonic if not for anything else the employees. They are always friendly and kind. I came here after another... restaurant lost my business, and they sure put me in a better mood. I changed my rating. Service has declined. Three times my orders were wrong. Two times food was not hot. Burger was precooked,... and not hot. Once my drink was watery, no flavoring. And their equipment in the parking area seems to be out of order a lot.Couldn't use the card slot. Read more
