When I went in, the store was packed! Other people were complaining that it was taking a long time to get orders. The lady at... the cash register entered my order wrong. She tried to correct it, but needed help from another employee to correct it. Thistook about 10 minutes. This isn?t speaking on the quality of food but the customer service. I went to Dunkin like I always do and ordered what I order... every time. The price was more than the common amount I pay every time so I stated I believed something was wrong and I wasbeing overcharged. The lady stated that the donut prices went up. I asked to speak with the manager and she picked up herglasses and told me she was the manager. I had a small feeling that she wasn?t but I decided to believe her. Wrong choice. Ipaid then as I was waiting for my order I pulled out an old receipt to compare it to the one today. The drink was what I wascharged .50 cents more. I went back and showed both receipts and asked why I was being charged .50 cents more from the oldreceipt and what is advertised on their menu. The real manager came by and asked me what the problem was and I stated it. I wasgiven a refund for the drink. If you go there and need to speak to the manager don?t believe the worker if she tries to lie thatshe is it because the manager will have a name tags stating manager. Coffee is good but Im pretty sure I just watched the manager make racial jokes at a female employee who had no idea she was... being laughed at. After she blamed the employees for door dash not taking the bags they were supposed to. I probably wont goback. Read more
