Food was not it's best. Fries were old,burger was soggy,foot long bread was hard. Tatir tots were extremely hard and had so much... salt it was not eatable. service was horrible we waited and waited then went through drive through and finally got served.bathroom was closed down ,was told it finally got cleaned and closed for the night. Simple ordering through the Sonic app of 3 milkshakes and 1 Oreo blast appeared to be an issue at the Del Valle Sonic. Ordering... through app should, one would think, allow you to get your order somewhat quickly, but not at this location. It took 15 minutesbefore our order was delivered and that was after we were there and they said via their order screen that our order was on it'sway. And at that we had to press the red button multiple times before anyone responded to inquire about our order. Again thiswas just 3 milkshakes and 1 Oreo blast. After our order came out and as we were leaving we found that the blast was wrong, butno point in going back and waiting another 15 minutes for them to get it right. Overall not a good experience. And get this,this is not the first time we've had this issue with ice cream orders at this location. Thing is that this is the only Sonic inDel Valle, so we're stuck with the semi-bad ice cream app ordering service. Read more
Worst ever I orders from the app and my food was wrong went to the drive thru sat at the intercom nobody answered so when I... drove around nobody came to the window instead a lady walked out the door to the car behind me took her food to her and paymentthen told me I didn?t speak to anyone at the intercom so I needed to wait and speak to the intercom and I told her my order waspaid for she still proceeded to tell me that I didn?t speak to anyone so that why she didn?t come to the window and that shespoke to the other cars I told her I had been at the window longer than those car were even there to order she just said okayfine let me get you ur good then when I get home come to find out the order is wrong that why I don?t do stall anymore?. Ordered 2 grilled double cheeseburgers and some other things but Both the grilled cheeseburgers were not grilled. Looked like... they just threw them in a microwave. On one the meat was burnt. My orders of chili cheese fries had barely chili or cheese. Ispent close to $50 and I don?t feel as if it was worth it. Drinks were good as always tho so that was a plus. Read more

i went through the drive thru and the gentleman taking order was friendly, however i didnt get my debit card back. i called the... store and the manager NINA, answered. she said it was my fault i didnt get my card back and hung up on me!!!! what TERRIBLEcustomer service.
